This week has been exceptionally enjoyable for me. After a couple months of summer studies, I am now done with my required summer school assignments. I finished up on the 17th. I had a time trying to get it all done. It seems that I did not have that burning desire to spend my free time reading thousands of pages of material. While I do typically enjoy reading, I just struggled to get it all done. I sometimes think that when we are told that we must read something, its a mental challenge compared to just reading because you wanna read. Deadlines sometime take the fun out of studying.
I am not doing too well with this new blog. I have accidentally erased parts of this entry twice now. I’m not sure why. Anyway….
I met two visitors from Georgia today. They were visiting the seminary and the church. We had lunch together at In-and-Out. Tasty! I tried to answer any questions that they might have had concerning their possibility of coming to the seminary. We were also joined by two other seminary students who added to the fun. It turned out to be one big shindig!
