John Wesley: A Theological Journey
by Kenneth J. Collins

I am a Methodist and went to Wesleyan College in Macon Georgia, so I lean toward John Wesley books. At Wesleyan, “First for Women” isn’t just a catchphrase. It’s a way of life. Chartered as the Georgia Female College in 1836, Wesleyan is the world's oldest women's college. The College was founded through the efforts of a group of Macon citizens and the Georgia Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, as evidence of their concern for the education of women.
So without John Wesley women might not receive higher education. He was born in England and left England for Savannah, Georgia in 1735. While in Georgia, he began the first Sunday school. The church he preached in is still there is still and he has a statue on one of the squares.

Just a suggestion.

Yours in God,
Kenithe

in southern california, we don't get inclimate winter weather- we get earthquakes... & glad you could be here for this one. socal was about due for another tremor. that was a good one too. call me demented, but i actually find a nice & non-damaging earthquake lots of fun..
this one went, "BAM! roll, roll, roll, roll... (fade)"

Welcome back.

The blogosphere has completely changed since you left. Well, except for me. I'm still here :)

I love the template. Very relaxing and peaceful. Like a Phil Collins song put on canvas.
