Hello Everyone,
My Bible study will be considering a biography to go through next semester. Does anyone have a suggestion? For the Bible study, I am looking mainly for suggestions on Christian men. HOWEVER, I would like to increase my biographies in my personal library as well. So, if you have a biography of anyone (man or woman) that I might enjoy reading on my own, please comment on those as well.
Thanks!

John Wesley: A Theological Journey
by Kenneth J. Collins
I am a Methodist and went to Wesleyan College in Macon Georgia, so I lean toward John Wesley books. At Wesleyan, “First for Women” isn’t just a catchphrase. It’s a way of life. Chartered as the Georgia Female College in 1836, Wesleyan is the world’s oldest women’s college. The College was founded through the efforts of a group of Macon citizens and the Georgia Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, as evidence of their concern for the education of women.
So without John Wesley women might not receive higher education. He was born in England and left England for Savannah, Georgia in 1735. While in Georgia, he began the first Sunday school. The church he preached in is still there is still and he has a statue on one of the squares.
Just a suggestion.
Yours in God,
Kenithe
